Let's Talk about that "flag"

Okay so I wanted to share about the "flag" on the previous post....the pullout cupcake card.

All I did was stamp a scrap piece of paper...I didn't measure the scrap, I just tried to find a piece my sentiment would fit on. Than I cut the two triangles out of the end pieces than rolled the paper around a pencil but only halfway. Than rolled it halfway on the other end so the paper would have a wave in it instead of being all rolled into itself. Try it, it will make more sense than....But I just wanted to share that in case you wanted to try it at home....So go ahead and try!
